| MRP info needed. Added up my various intakes today and found that, on average, Im getting about 190g of protien and 2000 cals a day. Now,I wana up that to about 220g and 3000 cals, and since Im already eating 24 hours a day Ive decided to go for an MRP. Two questions, which one is best, and can I make my own if I were to, say, take a mass builder and blend in a bannana or something?
