From what i read prami is superior to cab and can also have a slight increasing effect on your gh howere this is tiny and dose dependant but any increase is good im reckon.

To be honest from my research either caber or prami will do the job for ya mate. prami has an appetite supressanrt effect apparantly so take this into consideration however again from my research this is very individual.

Letro and arimidex will do the job by all acounts but arimidex is expensive and letro is harsh on your lipids and s ex drive etc it killed mine earlier in the year. i always have a box in my cupboard but its only for drastic measure IMO
