I suggest you don't self-administer test (as TRT) unless you actually KNOW you've got low test.
Also, the inability to get an erection is a major symptom of low test. It's not generally a symptom that's absent, although you may be the rarest of exceptions.
I had low test - it's no joke. It's fu(kin miserable. I get it.
But don't presume you're low just because you have a few symptoms.
Best thing to do? Lie.
Tell the doc you can't bone up. Keep telling him. Tell him you have no libido. Tell him you have no interest in sex. Tell him it's ruining your life and your relationship.
He should run bloods for T under those circumstances.
If he doesn't, demand it.
