I wouldn't go over about 25mg of winstrol ED.

many girls have great success with 50mg of deca every 5th day up to about a max of 100mg a week, although the sides get more noticeable towards the 100mg end.

I would investigate some of the faster acting decas like GL NPP and try 25mg Mon/wed/fri at least that way if it doesn't agree you can get out fast.

I still maintain deca is one of the best products a girl can use.
