Its not very likely IMO that you will have got gyno form Epi but if you have then yes its most likely a oestrogen rebound effect happening.

Your PCT dosings as already mention seem a bit off though, if running a Nolva & Clomid PCT you should do something like below, theres no need for high Nolva doses!

Clomid 100/100/50/50
Nolva 20/20/20/20

Don't panic just see your PCT through in a controlled manner and don't ramp up doses everywhere and I'm sure you will be fine, if not though repost in the Steroid & Testosterone section of the board and the guys can help you plan what further steps to take.
