| I have been doing inclines first, and my incline press is improving each week.i sometimes do a triceps session,about once a monthapart from that i will do about 4 or 5 sets of each after doing back.not every week though,as i get a good pump in my bi's from my back workout quite often.i do forearm curls when i work bi's,and also do wrists curls a few days per week.
