| Newbie Hello all.
I've decided to try and do somthing about my body, im 22 and im tall. I only weight 10 stone and i hate people saying thing's like. "Your all Skin and bone" "Lanky streak" "Skinny sod" and so on.
I never seem to but any weight on and i dont know why. Some times i can eat for ever and some times i cant eat very much either, i seem to feel full and sick and not able to eat for the rest of the day.
Anyways any advice on where i go from here would be great.
Also im unable to go to a local gym right now but i have a bentch and weights at home so i can start with those untill i am able to go to the gym, I've started to do a 3 day work out with monday, wens, fri, and taking whey 2 times a day also.
