| 1 pint of milk
flavourless whey
50g raw oats blended up
3 eggs
1tsp honey
1tsp peanut butter
1 banana
2 tsp olive oil
done and dusted. Protein, fats, simple and complex carbs.
Ones above perfectly acceptable. just another variation.
