I had something similar - a painful left shoulder - nothing that would stop me training but the pain was always there.

My advise - go to your gp - they will refere you to a musculo skeletal dept were they will give you a cortisone injection. I had to wait about 13 weeks to be seen.

Shoulder probs rarely just disapear on there own.

And as for seeing a physio - these cost money - and generally just massage you and tell you to stretch and ease of it.

nhs is free dispite the waiting can be a pain
