True gyno feels like a plastic tube directly beneath the nipple, it's very distinctive.
I've heard of these 'burning' symptoms before with Epistane and some have attributed to the strong anti-oestrogen effect of the compound. I personally didn't feel it and I dosed very high (50-60mg/day).
I wouldn't worry at all, definitely don't increase your dose of nolvadex, it'll probably do more harm than good.
