I've tried it various ways, including the fairly standard 500mg x 3 daily with large meals. I've gone higher and lower. Both with and without AAS. It works slowly over time, and I think if it wasn't for the extreme cheapness of it then I'd never have bothered after the first time.
Btw - lots of people get a bad case of the squits for a week or two before adjusting. Fortunately I don't, but be warned just in case!
