This all ties in with what a doctor wrote about in a book called "Eat right for your type" in that every persons genetic code predetermines what we can and cant eat,so those with an old blood type are more stable and have fewer health issues if the stick to basic foods like meat,fish and some veg(think keto or paleo)others are better on high fruit diets,some high complex carbs like rice and wheat(these are the so called newer blood types)... |
ive read a similar book on that topic, it was pretty interesting how your blood type and genetic background affected how and what you could eat. It went into detail about the inuits, how afro caribians(sp)dont do too well on red meat, how those of asian decent usually do really well on a diet of cheese and dairy products. Im type o myself but ive never really tried following any of the suggestions, it tends to reduce the amount of things you eat and everything it tells you not to i love
