| Chilli Lately i have been hooked on chilli some days i cook off 1kg of mince and make it into a chilli and spread it over 4 meals....here is my recipe..
ingrediants:
500g Extra Lean Mince
Half a jar of Carb choice Chilli sauce
4 Garlic Cloves
1 small tin of Chick peas
cook the mince off first and then add the other ingrediants and you have a lovely Chilli...
if i am eating it on my own i had some more chilli powder...
tonight i did something slightly diffrent i left the chick peas out and added 100g of peanuts to the mix yum yum...
i don't have any rice with my Chilli i have 4 wholemeal rice cakes... |
