In that case I think I must be doing deadlifts incorrectly.
What weight would be heavy enough do you think. I'm too scared to go any higher than 80Kg (12, 10, 10, 8, 8) as I don't want to injure myself in case I have bad form.
Do you remember that link with loads of video clips of different exercises? would be great if you could give it me again.
