I actually bought the gym whilst still at uni myself. I did my last year of uni by distance learning.
We have a couple of interested parties, so we'll see how it pans out. At the moment we are planning on putting some staff in to run it for us and still moving back up to telford ourselves - running the internet business from home. If we haven't sold in six months to a years time, perhaps you may still be interested?
The lease still has either 8 or 9 years left on it. There's no problems renewing it either - its council owned and they have no other use for it.
