Shame - It would have been an excellent oppertunity | No worries mate. It is a big step. We moved from Telford to come here, but we had nothing tying us down there. The best thing about this place is the cheap rent - only £1000 a year. Its been a fantastic 'base of operation' to start up several businesses from. Most gyms have rents of at least £15k a year. Thats the main reason we chose this place actually.
