I think Vodafone are probably best for customer service. Don't go to O2! you'll never get through to them! And don't buy from The Link....they are seriously bad! 20 days to connect my phone! And to top it off, they charged me 300 quid because I hadn't connected within the 7 day time limit. After several letters and numerous phone calls they agreed to pay me it back....Did I get a sorry, or maybe a months free rental...did I fcuk, just a cheque through the post, and a letter basically saying 'Here's your money back, now stfu'
