Cap, heve you up the intensity at all over the last week or so, and what level (if your doing it) are you dieting on - or have you dropped the level down so less food?

Added any new supps in latley?

Does the heat effect or even affect you? or have you got air con at the gym?

Are you feel grog after morning and evening workouts?

Morning workouts I find quite uplifting but the evening one when I'm really pushing can sap it out of me, I use the 5 mins walk after I finished just to try and calm myself down etc.
