Id go low GI myself when dieting and eat as clean as you can.
You should lose bodyfat on that stack.
I think you need just enough (gear) to stay out of catabolism when dieting and taking T3.
6 weeks seems kindof long to me on the T3 but I guess it depends on things and you are not abusing it in dose. |
