Just something that was in my mind....
I used to have a serious problem, I was practically addicted to cracking my knuckes and believe it or not it took alot of effort to get out of the habit of doing it.
Alot of people believe it can give you Arthritus, but looking on the net, I think that's just a myth.
One thing it can do though is weaken your grip and hand strength, apparently.
So, who here does it??
