Looks pretty typical to me mate, i would never do cardio on pct though the body if catabolic enough.

I honestly think that the method applied by doctors that Hackski has posted is the best. You run hcg for a total of 8 shots every other day at a high dose (this depends on your supression but medically 2500iu was used) during this time use 20mg nolva, now your test levels are supressed on hcg yes but what people often fail to realise is that the half life of steriods does not mean that your free of the drug after that period of time ie the average guy says start pct 3-4 days after the last shot of prop well for many there will still be a small lump in the muscle that long after the shot so chances are there is still hormone floating around by doing the 15 days of hcg you are TOTALLY sure the drug is out of your system (when you have used the normal clearance time ie start the hcg when you normally start clomid). Then run 100mg clomid for 30 days along with 20mg nolva. Imo after this you should run a low dose of of an anti e even an otc one will do and i would run this for another 6-8 weeks. After this i would say your body should be pretty stable (your levels will prob still be low).

If your going to pct take it seriously and do it properly but if you intend on doing another cycle soon i would vote for just cruising on low dose test as in the "real" world this is what the guys are doing. Ask any top level guy and they certaintly are not doing a 6 week pct of clomid and nolva then taking 2 weeks off and getting back on thats just too much stress on your entire system.

As far as training more intensly what absalute bullsh1t you should train hard enough to keep your muscle which really is not a lot, most will get by on training 2-3 times per week taking 1-3 sets per body part to positive failure and then stopping. I was reading some research on the fact that athletes that didnt train for a month only lost some muscle and that was the glycogen stored muscle (i forget the type number). Also taking a full week off from the gym increased test levels and decreased cortisol both of which you want to do during pct. So i would take the first week of pct off from the gym then train 2-4 times per week whatever suits your schedule but stay away from training more intensly if that means drop sets forced reps ext.......

Guys who just shrink away after during and after pct never built real keepable muscle in the first place, it is easy to mistake water/glycogen gains for muscle tissue.
