Protein on the way.... I'll be touring around Ireland for two weeks soon, and am concerned about getting enough protein while on the way (I'll be motoring), let alone not being able to get to a gym for probably the whole time. What can I do to get enough daily protein into my body while away, other than eating a whole chicken a day or something.
At the moment, I take a 500 ml protein shake in the morning, a protein bar in mid-afternoon, and then a 500 ml carbo-prot shake after gym in the last afternoon, plus good protein-rich food.
I'd appreciate any ideas.
