Yes, Been back on it properally for just over a week now after the migrane, about 20ml left in bottle 1

Body fat is very low, and also lost at least 1" on my waist, couple of pairs of work trousers now need a belt that didnt before.

Im gonna have an ab workout tonight so my stomach is pumped, so that i can see where i need to work on, as i can see areas which i have missed with the HELIOS now, Like indents in the skin... powerful stuff!!

Yes, so far so good - Excellent Stuff!!!
