Ok its me again
Started today with my diet and training and took the approach of 1.5g of protien per Ib of bw and 0.75g of carbs per Ib of bw.
Seem fine on it didnt realise the amout of protein i need to take for my size im taking approx 350g of protein a day and 180g of carbs, im trying to take about a 100g of protein through shakes and the rest by fish and chicken. and my carbs are from oats and brown rice.I love almonds on salmon

But anyway i work 12hrs a day most of the time apart from sat and sun, i work from 9am to 9pm (depending if i finish early) but my work has a gym already there so my first workout i can get from 4pm to 5.30pm and i make sure i do my weights then. But then i can go after work at 9pm which is my cardio time.
Now do you think that if i went mon-sat doing my workouts like that say an hour to an hour and 30mins from 4pm to 5.30pm take my meals and shakes go back to work and then hit a 45min cardio workout as soon as i finsh work between 8-9pm (some nights i finish earlier)
Is that to much cardio or to much weights? or just fine considering i got myself the best diet i have ever planned and am getting my protein and carb needs? 6 cardio sessions and 6 weight sessions seems alot but i really want this, but i dont want to overtrain if its not going to help me.
Shall i continue or re-plan my training?
