go to Fitday.com registration is free enter in what you eat by weight and it will give you your totals.
your weight is 205lbs so i would aim for:
1.25g protein per lb of BW
1g carbs per lb BW
.5g of good fats per lb BW
i agree with BigDav aswell you need to be eating all your carbs earlier in the day...
