My stats are:
6ft tall
105kg
bf % is about 25-29 % :o
I used to do alot of training when i was 18-19 and was really obese but i trained my heart out for about 14months and went from 18 and half stone down to 14 and half my waist went from 44inch to a loose 38inch.
But as things go i got into wrong crowd and picked up some nasty habbits and started to drink alot more and before you know it the weights there again. So im 22 and about 16 and half stone now with a loose belly and womens hips

I have been working in gym for last 4 weeks and gone from 110kg to 105kg trying to really get my legs buff as my jobs consists of me doing alot of walking so i feel more muscle there will help me burn them calories. Doing sqauts on a machine at max of 120kg weights, 65kg on bench press, and dumbells of 17.5 kgs :boohoo:. But i am starting to get closer to the strengh i used to have when i was training hard.
So do you think i can make big changes in such short time, At momemt i am doing weights everyday but doing 2 or 3 muscle groups a session with no cardio and works out i prob train same muscle group twice a week, is this to much? or shall i do more muscle groups in one session and then replace certain days with cardio?
