| i would assume you know what you are doing when it comes to training as in you have a good grounding and you know what to do in the gym....
add in 4 cardio sessions per week building up to 45min per session of walking on a treadmill or using a cross trainer the best time is first thing in the am but if you cannot do this then after training is the 2nd best bet.
As for diet increase your protein to 1.5g per lb and lower your carbs to .75g per lb add in some good fats from Salmon/PB/lean meat/fish oils....
cut out all of the junk food and keep the diet tight use a ECA stack 2 weeks on 2 weeks off alternate the weeks with Clen......
you want to lose weight and you have approx 8 weeks to do it and how you look in 8 weeks is down to how much you put in now.....you will not lose the weight you want to without hitting the cardio..
