| I'd say cardio and weights for your goals. Unfortunately it is very difficult to increase lean muscle mass while losing bodyfat. Make sure you're performing the major compound movements, and I'd say look to High Intensity Interval Training to help burn the fat. Also, keep your diet as clean as possible. Dianabol is more commonly used as a bulking steroid than a cutter. Maybe if your diet was spot on then it could be benefitial in reaching your goals...BUMP for more experienced opinions...
Executioner, post your stats up to help us help you: weight, height, bodyfat % (or approx. - fat/thin/can squeeze *this* amount of skin on stomach). What does your typical diet and training currently consist of?
