| Thinking about ATKINS DIET Ok i have returned to weights after a long period and have been training again for about 8 months, i have gained some muscle and lost some body fat but i really just want to strip the rest of the bodyfat off now as it is taking to long for me......
Ive just finished a prop/tren/winny cycle and currently on pct.I wont to start another cycle in 8 weeks and would love to be alot leaner at that time.
Basically i want to know if i would loose muscle on the atkins, this diet is mostly protein anyway which builds muscle so i was thinking that maybe if i do atkins to the book but eat a hell of alot more chicken and eggs then would i be able to loose the fat and keep the muscle...........chicken and egg amounts are not limited on atkins. |
